Delivery of CV Services
CVs produced by us are generally completed within 5 working days, depending on demand. However, this timeframe may vary based on client cooperation.
Once payment for CV Writing or a package including CV Writing is authorised, you will be asked to provide details about your job target and a copy of your existing CV. We will then carry out a keyword and hard-skill exercise, which will be reviewed with you for further input.
The CV will be drafted based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to review and complete the CV to the required standard before notifying us for final review and approval.
Please note that we take no responsibility for misrepresentation, missed application deadlines, or any errors in the final version of the CV. The final version will be provided in Microsoft Word unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once the service has commenced, except in truly exceptional circumstances. In over 10 years of operation, such circumstances have been extremely rare, with exceptions only made when a client has accidentally placed duplicate orders. Once you commit to a service, you are committing to the entire service.
If we are unable to deliver the full service or any part of the service due to insufficient resources on our end, we will provide a full or partial refund. However, this does not apply if the inability to deliver is due to a lack of cooperation or responsiveness from the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to attend scheduled calls. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend two scheduled appointments within a 3-year period will result in loss of eligibility for further appointments.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or potential client if it becomes aware or deems there is a conflict of interest, misuse of company resources, or inappropriate conduct. This includes situations where a client’s requests or actions are inconsistent with the company’s values, ethics, or intended use of services. In such cases, we reserve the right to terminate the service. If services have already been partially delivered, a refund may be issued for the undelivered portion, if applicable.
